I’m super late writing this one, time has seem to fly between then and now, but I didn’t want to miss this one out all together. There was one restaurant in particular that was worth writing about- Todd English’s Olives at the Bellagio.
Just after sitting down, the waiter asked if there were any allergies in the party, and was hugely attentive bringing GF bread for me (which he made sure to assure me it was toasted in a separate area.) Whilst ordering, he also knew all the ingredients and swapped things in and out of the dish with no fuss and made it really enjoyable to order which really never happens!
The food was delicious, if you’re on a trip to Vegas you must visit- for both dinner and cocktails.
Make sure to book… did I mention the view?

In our hotel, there was also an amazing pizza place called Social Life Pizza which has great thin GF bases, with no cheese. They cover it in toppings, and is really great for take-out – even better when you get home in the middle of the night and you need a little pizza!
We also went to the buffet at the Wynn which I’d heard amazing things about. I informed the hostess about my diet and the chef walked me around the entire buffet telling me all the ingredients in the food and which were suitable. After this we saw Le Réve which was absolutely incredible!
